One-on-One Sessions

We conduct one-on-one sessions every month. Convey your career goals and concerns and receive genuine care and advice from managers. By creating a space where everyone can converse naturally and without pressure, we aim to keep the entire team in constant healthy communication.

Subsidy for External Training

If requested, you are able to participate in approved external seminars or training during your working hours, provided that the information learnt is shared internally. All expenses are entirely borne by Reazon Holdings.

We provide a housing allowance of 30,000 yen per month for those who live within a distance of 2 km from the office.

Leave System

We offer the following leave program.
Special leave for pregnancy check-ups (granted separately from annual paid leave), Maternity leave and childcare leave (commonly used by employees), Nursing care leave, Annual paid leave, Summer holiday and Special leave for weddings and funerals

Health Support

We provide regular health check-ups and subsidies for influenza vaccines, among other measures.

Free Drinks and Delivery Allowance

All drinks are free of charge at our in-house vending machines. Additionally, we subsidize the use of our in-house food delivery app 'menu' (accessed via the office menu service). This allows you to enjoy freshly cooked meals from popular restaurants at a discounted price.
