BUSINESS
Reazon Holdings operates over ten group companies, both in Japan and internationally, across diverse sectors such as Advertising, Gaming, Food Tech, Blockchain, Content, and Finance. With global footprints in Asia, North America, and beyond, we are rapidly launching new ventures on a worldwide scale. We are dedicated to accelerating new business and proactively expanding overseas to achieve our next leap forward. Here is an overview of our current businesses.
GAME
Our gaming business, Rudel, operates around 10 game titles worldwide, including Blue Lock Project: World Champion, Kingdom ITADAKI, and Dragon Egg. A key feature of our company is that we handle everything in-house, from game planning and development to design, user management and analysis. This allows us to achieve rapid game development and conduct thorough data-driven user operations. We are also developing multiple new titles, including completely original IPs, with a focus on global expansion from the outset.
ADVERTISING
Our advertisement business, Adrea, specializes primarily in internet advertising, offering a one-stop service that covers acquiring ad space, creative production, campaign operation, and the development of ad servicing systems. We have top class results in the e-book and app sectors, and we are expanding this expertise to other domains. In addition, this division is responsible for the promotion of our group's various businesses, including gaming, food tech, content, and pet tech. We promote not only internet advertising but also television advertising and other platforms.
FOOD TECH
menu is the platform connecting customers with restaurants and partner stores for on-demand delivery. We initially launched as a takeout app in 2019, and integrated the delivery feature in 2020. In 2021, menu was recognized as Japan’s fastest-growing app by monthly active users. Since 2023, through a joint venture with KDDI, one of Japan’s leading telecommunications companies, we have expanded beyond food delivery into the quick commerce sector, aiming to become Japan’s No.1 service.
BLOCKCHAIN
We are engaged in the development and operation of various services related to Web3 and blockchain technology. As an extension of our current gaming business, we are launching new "Play-to-Earn related services" to create unique user experiences. We are exploring opportunities in the Learn-to-Earn business, with the goal of transforming the future of education, and the E-wallet business. We are actively investing in stablecoins and other Web3 projects.
CONTENTS
We produce and operate the YouTube channel “NOBROCK TV by Nobuyuki Sakuma,”with one of Japan's top television producers. The channel boasts 2.9 million subscribers and over 1.8 billion total views (September 2025). Through extremely popular projects that generate significant buzz such as “100 Boke 100 Tsukkomi Challenge,” a long-running series since the channel’s early days, and "Bato Mura" which was later adapted into a Netflix production, we continue to discover new stars and innovative concepts.
PET TECH
As part of our Pet Tech business, we are developing and operating miruto, a pet IoT appliance brand for owners who cherish their cats like family, which monitors a cat's health status through an automated litter box, feeder, and water dispenser. We support the early detection of illnesses by using data to visualize health conditions and leveraging the expertise of veterinarians for health management. Our goal is to create an environment where owners can have peace of mind even with a busy daily life, allowing them to focus on "spending quality time with their cats."
FINANCE
Reazon Capital is the proprietary investment arm of Reazon Holdings. It primarily invests in companies highly aligned with our group's business, such as those in the entertainment, content, and Deep Tech sectors, as well as businesses in Southeast Asia. We also invest in startup companies with high synergy with our group. Since we use our own capital for investments, our distinct characteristics compared to other funds include having: no constraints on the investment period, the ability to invest in various asset classes, and less susceptibility to financial market fluctuations.
R&D
The R&D division established the Reazon Human Interaction Laboratory, beginning with foundational research in voice and gaze recognition. In January 2023, it released ReazonSpeech, an open-source speech recognition technology. The company then expanded into AI and robotics, introducing OpenArm, a fully open-source humanoid robot arm development platform, in July 2025. OpenArm provides an open robotics infrastructure optimized for data collection for foundation models, advancing practical implementation of humanoid technologies.
